Terms of Service

VaultAI offers the following subscription plans:

• Self-Hosted: €20/month per user — Deploy VaultAI on your own infrastructure with full control over your data
• Cloud Hosted: €45/month per user — Hosted and managed by VaultAI on secure European servers
• Legal Module (Add-on): +€10/month per user — Access to specialized legal analysis features including Pappers, Judilibre, and Légifrance integrations

• Billing is monthly and based on actual usage (number of active users)
• Invoices are issued at the end of each billing period
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card

Subscriptions are on a monthly basis with no minimum commitment. Either party may terminate the subscription at the end of any billing period with 30 days' written notice.

The VaultAI platform, including all source code, software, algorithms, documentation, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of VAULTAI SAS. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for the duration of their subscription.

Users retain all rights to their data, documents, and content uploaded to or processed by VaultAI. VaultAI does not claim any ownership over user content and will not use user data to train AI models or for any purpose other than providing the contracted services.

Content generated by AI through VaultAI (documents, summaries, analyses, code, etc.) belongs to the user who requested it, subject to any applicable third-party licenses for underlying AI models.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• All activities that occur under their account
• Promptly notifying VaultAI of any unauthorized access

Users agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the service to infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or discriminatory content

Users must ensure their use of VaultAI complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to data protection laws (GDPR), export controls, and professional obligations.

Users may terminate their subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice before the end of the current billing period. Upon termination, users will have access to export their data for a period of 30 days.

VaultAI may suspend or terminate access to the service:

• Immediately, for violation of these Terms of Service
• Immediately, for non-payment after 30 days past due
• With 30 days' notice, for any other reason

Upon termination:

• Access to the service will be disabled
• User data will be retained for 90 days to allow for export
• After 90 days, user data will be permanently deleted
• Any outstanding fees remain payable

VaultAI strives to maintain 99.9% service availability for Cloud Hosted plans. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. For Self-Hosted plans, availability depends on the user's infrastructure.

AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Users should verify AI outputs before relying on them for important decisions, especially in legal, medical, financial, or other professional contexts.

VaultAI integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) and other services. VaultAI is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services.

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Users may not assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without VaultAI's prior written consent. VaultAI may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
