For our enterprise self-hosted solution:

• All data remains within your infrastructure

• You are the data controller for all information processed within your instance
• We may collect minimal technical data for license validation and updates

5.2 Enterprise Self-Hosted

For self-hosted deployments, data sharing is controlled entirely by your organization. We do not have access to your data unless explicitly granted for support purposes.

VaultAI does not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. Any data accessed via Google Workspace APIs is used solely for providing the specific functionalities of our application to you, as described in our terms of service, and is not used for any other purpose, including but not limited to, the development of artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
